    This was relatively easy to put together. It's easy to use and works really well! I love that I can set the timer on it for how long I want it to run and also set the temperature. The remote is very nice also! Customer service has been wonderful! My experience with them has been productive and pleasant. I will recommend Costway to others for sure!

    The upper drainage hole can be connected to a drainage pipe for automatic continuous drainage. The lower drainage hole can be opened for manual draining by pouring out the water. This design allows flexibility for either continuous drainage with a hose or manual drainage as needed.

    Can I use this model as a dehumifier with dehumidifiers mode only and NOT vent with the window?

    No. When only the dehumidification mode is used, you should still connect the exhaust pipe for ventilation. Otherwise, the hot air will flow back into the room, causing the room temperature to rise and the dehumidification effect to decline.
