I bought this desk because it looked solid and was the right size and price. Surprisingly, the height adjustment worked great. I didn't think I would need it, but given my height, it was a nice surprise. The desk works great!! I also bought a dual monitor stand to free up more desk space, and now I have a very useful home office setup.

For the price, this table is a five star rating. The assembly process took only an hour and a half - easily done by one person - and the end result is a beautiful, durable table that looks like it would cost three times as much. If it were $500, I'd give it 4.5 stars; if it were $800, I'd probably give it 3.5 stars. Why? Because the top is faux wood and it comes in three pieces. On the other hand, the manufacturer cleverly used the three pieces to create a unique top by contrasting the grain in the center and on the sides. The end result is a very beautiful table. And there are no ring marks, scratches, etc. to worry about. I couldn't be happier.

The kids love it. If I were to buy a lightweight desk, I would definitely try this one. The color, ease of use, and versatility are all as advertised. The stability is reduced if you lean too heavily on it, so if the kids can use it independently, it's great for them too. It has enough mounting holes to fit the included headphone stand (very thoughtful!) and is just the right level of comfort for someone under 6 feet tall. I bought it on sale, so hopefully you'll find a good price by the time you read this. I would absolutely buy again.
