Have this only one summer and the arms of the chair are all dried out! Was never told in the instructions that they needed to be treated.

Was worried about ordering the set through Best Buy Marketplace because of all the bad reviews of Marketplace but after contacting Costway a few times about late delivery the set arrived and is beautiful . It was worth the wait . Customer service via email was great. No complaints here

Defective chair

We purchased this set in November and stored it in its original boxes during the winter. Two days ago, we began assembling it only to discover that one of the chairs is defective. One side is shorter, making it impossible to put the chair together. After reading reviews about this set, we realized that we are not the only ones facing this problem and Costway is already aware of that issue. Consequently, I contacted customer service for assistance, but they informed me that they cannot help since more than three months have passed. In my situation, I am not seeking warranty coverage; rather, I am looking for a resolution to the product's issue and its overall quality. I would appreciate it if you could assist me in addressing this matter
