How To Unclog Machine (E5 Error Message)
01/25/2024I kept getting the E5 (not draining) error and couldn’t find any videos on how to unclog this specific machine. I’m bad at recording and speaking at the same time, but basically: 1) Unscrew the two screws on the back panel of the machine 2) unscrew the white screw part in the first picture with your hand 3) pull the white part you unscrewed out, while also pushing back the silver lever (circled in green and really hard to push. My brother had to pull the white part out while I pushed the silver thing) 4) use something to pull out the clog (I used a clog claw to pull out that sock) 5) pull the silver lever back so that you can put the white screw part back 6) make sure the silver lever is inside the clear hole connected to the white screw part and the metal string (circled in blue) is inside the crevice facing you (not backwards) 7) screw the white part back tightly (but not so tight you can’t get it off again) 8) close the back of the machine After I did this, I did some laundry and it worked perfectly! Hope this helps!

Heating functions work very well
05/29/2023Heating feature is quite rare in portable washer but this one has it and it works very well. You can wash towels at 60C and they come out very clean. It takes about 90 min for that temperature.

- Q:I bought the Blue color one from Home Depot. the drainage cord shown in the photo above is exactly how it is for my machine. BIG problem no matter how much I let it drain after spinning it still has water. Also during a rinse and spin( the photo showing how to hand the drainage cord) water pours out everywhere. the instructions for this is awful; How can I keep the hose upright to keep the water from draining out?

I can select the "Heat Wash" setting which appears to be the hottest (90 *C), but I can't figure out where the 30/40/60 settings are. I hold down the Water/Heat button for more than 3 seconds but there is no change in the digital window that indicates I am setting a hotter water temperature. What temperature is the water in the "Baby Care" program?
