The straps are not long enough to tie to my pergola. Hoping they have longer replacement straps.

It came with 6 straps (one for each grommet) vs. 4 straps specified in product description. Based on the product pictures, it appears the 4 corner straps should be attached by stitching. However, only 3 were attached (the stitching was loose on one right out of the box as seen in first photo). Additionally, there were 2 extra straps included (loose...not stitched to fabric). I threaded each strap through each grommet (whether or not they were attached with stitching). There are 4 attached to each vertical post and the other 2 are attached to top rafters. It provides great shade!
