    Can this be used as propane tank storage for all 4 seasons? is the bottom open for ventilation and does it have a frame in the bottom to hold tank?

    The Square gas drum can be used in all 4 seasons. And the bottom is open for ventilation and it has a tank base holder in the bottom.
