This gray stepper is perfect for heavier individuals. It is sturdy and bulky. There are attachments to make it higher which I have not tried.

Very large and bulky but worth it.
There are lots of stepping videos online that you can use for a healthy active routine.
If thinking about it BUY IT!!

The size is exactly what I use in my classes at the YMCA. Love the durability and the fact that I can add risers if I so choose.

I bought this for the side of my bed to step on my bed after a total knee replacement I love it when my knee is better then I have it for exercise

This is well built and has a method of incrementally changing the height. It makes it a lot easier for an old person like me to get up a rise of 6". I have another that I use by the bed to give me a 5" advantage to a high mattress bet.RRR

Step is exactly like the ones I've used in gym classes in the past. It is a tad pricey but it does come in cool colors. Would buy again, 10/10..

This is an awesome product. Ordered it as a way to get my heart rate up since I’m living in NYC during this Covid Crisis. I used to teach step aerobics in the early 90’s and this is just as sturdy as the benches we all used years ago.

It’s practical and great size. I recommend. Good buy.

Bought this to help train dog and working really well and much less expensive than ordering dog platforms.I did have to put a mat on top otherwise slippery for dogs.FYI - I did order the orange hoping it was yellow from another review and can confirm it is very deep yellow.

Wish we would have got the made in USA step company manufacturer. This one is foreign. BUT STILL, $60 to $100 for a piece of 5 dollar plastic is still ridiculous! We did like the color. Black blends in too much.

Not as sturdy as the gym, have to be careful to make sure the risers are aligned, but overall has been nice for the cost

Great product very sturdy and love the color I was 280lbs when I brought this I’m now 240lbs but thats from eating right exercising and lifting weights with cardio and incorporating this product in to my routine I have it in my basement home gym and I think it will last a lifetime also very easy to change the heights make sure you have to room its wide but can fit under a bed I also have a shorter one in my bedroom.

I have been using this 4-6x/week for about a month now to 30-50min step video. Size is great, definitely equivocal to the instructors. I'm using it without the extra height. It does not move while I'm using it on the carpet with sneakers on.

I used it for myself to exercise at home. It can function as 3 different heights. It is very stable and easy to adjust heights. The color is bright and makes me excited for workouts. The quality is great.

Lightweight and strong plastic, heavy duty material, rubber on the top to prevent slipping, and three risers are useful and easy to add on. The button of the stepper has rubber finish legs, very sturdy. I use it mostly for cadio excise, a lot more fun comparing to pure running.

great product and just what we needed

I have found this step useful for general working out with weights, as for a streaming step class. The only reason I don't give it five stars is it is loud. But four stars because I used it on the carpet and it didn't shift on me at all. It is a great size, long enough to lay back on and do weights, and the right size for step classes. The multiple hights are helpful as well, especially as your ability increases, or if you have multiple users in the home.

I teach step aerobics and I can say, this is the real deal.

The step itself is great. There seems to be a variance in “red” though. Red looks pink in every picture and some comments but the red I got is a faded red with a slight orangey tinge. I like the step but I wish it was the color in the picture. I would have ordered a different color if I had known. The step itself is great.

The durability, construction, and (yellow) color are exactly what I expected. Glad I bought it.

I got this to rehab a torn achilles. Two of the exercises I (still) do on this require me to (1) stand on the length's edge with one foot while doing a one legged squat, and (2) run up and off of it on the edge. It does not move or slip or tip. It sets up and stores in seconds. The top surface grips your shoes. It is light and rugged. You can stand on one end, it will not budge. It has been a key piece of equipment for my rehab. There are many other exercises, too!

I liked the quality of the step and risers, good but!

I ordered my STEP with two of the Kathy Smith DVDs. Amazing workout. It is fun, challenging and makes you move. It does take a bit of practice to learn the routine but if you keep doing it, it gets easier. The top part of the STEP is a bit heavy to lift but it is made well. Excellent quality!!

Very good. Quite big so if allows me to move freely on it and it allows bigger steps. It slips a bit on the floor and the middle goes down a bit under. Y weight when I stretch at the end.
