Gorgeous rock fire pit
01/05/2023This faux rock fire pit is absolutely beautiful and came very well packaged. It is 28 inches in diameter and the perfect size for entertaining guests and keeping warm on a chilly night. It is so much more convenient than a conventional wood fire as it is gas and extremely fast and easy to start up. It is extremely durable and sturdy and very well made. It comes with rocks to put inside for decoration which is very nice. I'm so pleased at the overall price and quality. It is a beautiful fire pit and I'm so happy with it. Definitely recommend it.

Great investment!!
11/19/2018I LOVE this thing. Whether roasting marshmallows or warming up, it’s awesome. I almost didn’t buy it because it looked fake and cheap in the pictures. I attached a picture of it in its “natural habitat”. The green doesn’t stand out nearly as much as I thought it would. The quality is great. You might want to get some extra lava rocks. They provide just enough and if you lose even one or two, you’ll want more.

10/06/2018I love all the heat that this gives off! I did add the fire glass to make it prettier than the lava rocks that it came with. I use this on my deck which is nice to not be in the grass. It is awesome to not smell like campfire after having one!

11/03/2024We absolutely LOVE this fire pit. We were hesitant to purchase because of the height (we thought it would be too short) but I\'m so glad we purchased this! It\'s absolutely perfect. It\'s very nice, produces a lot of heat, looks great, easy to use and I highly recommend it. The size is actually really great. We had a fire table before this and we are so much happier with this fire pit. The warmth it puts off is awesome, much better than the taller fire table. The price was good compared to others). We searched for weeks before deciding on this one and I couldn\'t be more happy with it. I was pleasantly surprised that it came with a cover (this was not mentioned in the description at the time thay I bought it). Great buy! If you\'re looking for a great fire pit, this is it!

Costway representative - Q:Does a propane tank fit inside or does it have to be set on the outside of the fire pit. It’s not tall enough for the propane tank to go inside.A:The gas tank needs to be plugged in and placed outside the gas stove.

It looks more like the one pictured is 16” by 30” in comparison to the furniture surrounding the firepit. Are there different sizes available?A:The size of the fire pit is 9.5 inches x 27 inches, no other size options.
Costway representative - Q:Is there a conversion to natural gas available ?A:This product can only be connected to propane fuel. If you want to connect to natural gas, you need to change the connector and refit it. We do not recommend you to operate it yourself.
Costway representative - Q:it does not ignite when turn the knobA:A. Press and hold the Electric Ignitor. Meanwhile, push and turn the Control K nob counter-clockwise to the "LOW" position. Keep pushing the Control Knob to light the burner. B. After ignition, release the Electric Ignitor. Continue to push and hold the Control Knob for 45 seconds. C. If ignition does NOT immediately take place in seconds, push and turn the Control Knob clockwise to "OFF". Wait 5 minutes, then repeat the lighting procedure as above..
