    Great for Self-Defense Class

    We bought 4 of these to be used for mobile self-defense training we just started to offer to our Armed2Defend classes. They connect together really well to form a larger mat. The instructor warned to not use shoes on the mat because your shoes will stick to the mat and won't allow you to pivot and you can twist your leg or ankle. This applies to all mats with the plastic/leather surface. They had enough density to allow free good movement. We've only used them once so I can't speak to long term quality.

    I’ve had it for three years. It gets used nearly every day. So far no rips or tears. Seams are holding.
