06/22/2024This unit is a must buy and it is amazing. It cools the whole house. The unit is small, inviting and quiet. I love this product and the remote control is another great feature. It can be opened and closed from considerable distances. It was easy to install and I am very happy with the product.

06/22/2024I like this unit. It helped me out this summer. It keeps my living area cool. Easy to install and very quiet. So far, it has exceeded my expectations. It\'s easy to set up and draws out a lot of cold air. The unit itself is well constructed with no obvious gaps or defects. This remote control works just as well across the room. I would recommend this machine to anyone. Good quality and low price.

- Q:Should I have a cover that goes over the exhaust opening to protect from small animals entering the exhaust tube? If it does not come with the unit does cost way have a part that I can purchase for that purpose?

Costway representative - Q:How do you drain the water from unit?A:Manual drainage: 1) When the machine stops after the water is full, please unplug the power plug. Notes: Please move the machine carefully, so as not to spill the water in the water pan at the bottom of the body. 2) Place the water container below the side water outlet behind the body. 3) Unplug the water plug, the water will automatically flow into the water container.
