- Q:Can the remote control be used to increase speed in .1 mph increments? Is the distance traveled displayed in .01 mile or .1 mile increments? Are there pulse sensors made into the handles?A:The speed can be controlled by remote control, with a 0.1 increment. The handles does not have a pulse sensor, and the sensor is located on the remote control

It slips while I’m walking.A:To tighten the belt on your treadmill, follow these steps: 1. **Turn on the machine** and adjust the speed to about 2 mph. 2. **Use an Allen wrench** to unscrew the screws on both sides of the end of the running belt by half a turn. 3. **Tighten the screws**: Turn the screws on the left side for two and a half turns, and then do the same on the right side. Ensure that you are tightening to the right (loosening is to the left). 4. **Observe the movement** of the running belt while tightening. After adjusting, let the treadmill run without load for a while to check if the slipping issue persists. 5. If the belt is still slipping, you may need to repeat the tightening process until it is secure. Following these steps should help resolve the slipping issue while you walk on the treadmill.
