    Elaky to replave Oasis Water Cooler

    Purchased this to replace church's nonfunctional Oasis water cooler. It was going to cost more to fix the old one then to replace with this brand new cooler. It was very easy to install, and worked very well. The water inlet is 3/8 OD copper tubing. Very easy to hook up. And the water filter is very easy to change. The one we replaced was a pain. It looks as if maintenance on this machine will be so much easier. Fast cool down time too. Overall, the church was pleased and was a very good value!

    Used as an outdoor fountain, works great

    We operate a small school for children. We had a refrigerated outdoor fountain that died on us and replaced it with this. So far it's been working like a champ (6 months). Water keeps cool, the machine is quiet, and looks spiffy. Our summers get up to 120 degrees here, so that'll be the ultimate test to see if this thing can hang. I'll update if it doesn't.

    I’ve plugged everything in and i am stuck on standby. Also they didn’t provide the appropriate couplings so i had to buy my own. How do i get it to start pumping water?

You may need to press and hold the Water button to check for any sounds from the pump. If you hear a sound, it indicates that the pump is trying to operate. 4. **Check for Blockages**: If there is no sound, the pump may be empty or blocked. You can try shaking the machine gently while pressing the Water button to help the water flow into the pump. If these steps do not resolve the issue, it may be necessary to inspect the pump for any faults or blockages that could be preventing it from working properly.
