Shipping Information
● We offer FREE standard shipping in the US and Canada for massage chairs. Standard shipping includes placement inside your front door or garage. Delivery can only be made inside the front door on the ground floor of multi-level housing. NOT INCLUDED: Placement in your room of choice, removal of packing materials and assembly are NOT included.
● We provide white glove service include: placement in your room of choice, removal of packing materials, installation and power test. There will be an extra charge for white glove service( only available in Vancouver at present).

05/06/2024I’m absolutely in love with my Costway massage chair! The whole experience from in the store with Alisha, to the 2 guys delivering and setting up the chair, was great. Alisha was extremely informative and guided me into the right chair for my needs. The two men who delivered and set up the chair were very efficient and friendly. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Relaxacare and the people who work there. Now I’m eyeing their saunas… Thanks so much!

Nice 3D Chair!
11/23/2023I bought this 3D massage chair a month ago and I am very satisfied with it. It has a large touch screen that makes it easy to operate and customize the massage settings. The 3D massage is very comfortable and relaxing, it covers the whole body from head to toe. The Thai stretching function is also amazing, it really helps to loosen up the muscles and joints. I feel like I have a personal spa at home. This is the best massage chair I have ever used. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs a good massage.

05/01/2024Bought this awesome COSTWAY - Enjoyment 13- 3D SL-Track Full Body Zero Gravity Massage Chair last Thursday and it was delivered on time as promised yesterday. I must say this was the most seamless, easiest and stress-free purchase I ever had. I went to Relaxacare to try out a model that I was eyeing on and after Alyssa showed me and let me try it, I purchased it right there and then. She was very helpful and actually fun to deal with. After sales was a great experience as well. I had questions after the unit was delivered and every time I called, there was someone there to help me. There were times when I had to get a call back because I understand that they were very busy but I’ve always gotten that follow up call as promised. Jason was also very accommodating and made sure my questions were answered by staff. So far, I’m very happy with this massage chair. The only thing I would love to have is the operating manual which didn’t come with it. It’s not their fault because I contacted the manufacturer and was told that they don’t provide a manual. I believe she said you can find answers on the HELP icon on the touch screen when you’re using the unit. I will not hesitate to refer Relaxacare to friends and family. Had I known them before, I would have ordered the infrared sauna and spa that I bought from another company instead whose after sales service was so bad.

- Q:Do you have a video or book to explain the digital tablet with everything we can do and different massage 12 ok but what are the difference between all of them.
