Love it!
03/18/2025Great product, very satisfied. My brother helped me hang it on a wall stud. It doesn't have to be recessed into the wall. There are many flame color options, and the remote control can control the heater/fan on and off very well. There is a slight noise when it is turned on, but it is more like white noise, which makes people feel soothing.

02/23/2025It works great! I was super nervous when I bought this fireplace online because I couldn't return it - you can return it... but it's over $100 so it's really not worth it. Anyway! I'd say after two months of use (not much, I know) we're getting better and better. I use it every day. It's super quiet. I don't like to show off - I like the most realistic settings, so I leave it on all the time, literally on and off. I haven't touched the other features yet because I don't need them yet. We haven't used the heat yet because we're in Florida, but maybe in December when it's cooler.

No thermostat
02/13/2025There is no thermostat or temperature control other than a timer that you can set to turn off. But if you fall asleep and don't set it to turn off, it will keep running. It can get very hot if you are in a small space. Other than that, it looks nice. It is relatively quiet. I really wish it had a thermostat. Everything else is great. It is very basic. Update: Finally had an issue and the customer service was acceptable.

- Q:does it need a mantel ? can be mounted directly on the wall ?A:For this item, the bottom of this product is flat, so it can be placed anywhere independently, but just don't block the inlet and outlet air!
