    Where is the fragrance holder in this model? Do not say the lid, it's absolutely is not there.
  • Q:
    Unit has a dry function but the manual doesn’t explain. Is this what the tray is for to add water? How much and where do you place it
    A:
    When you place used or slightly damp towels in the warmer, moisture may drip or condense during the heating process. The drip tray collects this water to prevent it from accumulating inside the bucket and keeps the interior clean and dry.

    The manual has a safety note that states the towel warmer has a 3-prong plug to reduce the risk of shock and that it is a safety feature. The unit I purchased does not have a 3-prong plug. Is the unit no longer safe from electric shock hazard? Thank you
