04/05/2023I love everything about this electric fireplace, the flames look realistic, better than other brands I've seen, it's comfortable to stare at them and very quiet to work with. It's impossible to hear it running in the living room, so the noise doesn't bother me. It has enough output to warm the room and I am very pleased with this purchase!

03/09/2023It's nicely packed, you just take it out of the box, plug it in, and you're good to go. It was what we wanted, and it worked well. The flames and logs exceeded our expectations, and it was obviously an electric fireplace, but quite nice. If you're sitting near it and the hair dryer isn't too loud, the heat setting is fine. We love the ambiance, and compared to other models in its category, it's definitely worth the price. If you want an electric fireplace, this is a great option!
