Diagonally it's about 40' plus it needs to go 12.6' up. I was looking at a 7k btu unit for the loft and an 18k or 24k unit for the rest of the open space.A:For your setup, the maximum recommended length for the line sets is typically around 16 feet for each indoor unit.
