This fire pit was easy to put together, it did bring a couple of factory errors, but nothing significant. We have it outside, and we are enjoying it very much. Great value.

We purchased two of these fire pit for our patio as they were very reasonably priced and we are very happy with the purchase. These fireplaces look great, are the right size, have bright flames, and are easy to maintain. It's so nice to sit around this fire pit at night .

Easy to put together - newly single and learning to do this stuff on my own, so probably took me longer than most, but all part were there and directions we’re clear and easy to follow. I love it and cannot wait for this heat to leave to use it more frequently!

The reason for tempering is that the combustion is not sufficient, which cause the flame to return to the air inlet. Was it a small fire when you notice it last time? If you forget, lighting it, burn it with a small fire and see if there will be tempering within 5 minutes? If backfire is found during a small fire, please move a part of the volcanic rock covering the burner to the side to let the flame burn sufficiently. .
