Is there a product that could be added to the water?A:It depends on how frequently you use it. If you use it often, you can clean it more frequently. After cleaning, dry it off and place it under the sun to keep it dry. This way, mold is less likely to grow.

I will eventually order 2 if I like the first one.A:No, it can last 3-4 hours.This one comes with two ice crystal cases, and we recommend one in use and the other on ice in the fridge so that when one is not cold, the other can replace it directly.
