I just got my costway evaporative air cooler. I started it up and it was very easy to use. It has a fan and a filter. So it's a fan but it also uses water and ice packs to blow cool air. It's not an air conditioner but it does blow cold air with the ice packs. It's great for a small space or if you just need a little extra cooling. It probably would be very good to be used in a dry area because it evaporates the water and puts it into the air. It's a nice small unit and it's on Wheels so it's easy to pull around to different areas. It does plug in so you do need a plug. On the controls it has on off it has a different speeds low medium and high and then it has a timer where you can set it to be on for 2 hours 4 hours or 6 hours. You have to use this with water.

The potable air cooler is a perfect addition for any small space. Easy to use and maintain. The filter is easy to get to for cleaning. Blows a good steady flow of air. Love the remote for ease of changing the speed. Also has a timer which is a good addition.

I bought it for use in the garage. It is unexpectedly easy to use. Cool the ice cubes and put them inside to blow out cold air. It can be set for 12 hours. The sound is low. Power saving. You can set the sleep state. It is also equipped with a remote control It's so convenient. I'll have another one.

Ice is added to make the blowing wind cooler. The specific time to add ice is adjusted according to personal temperature sensation and indoor temperature.
