Regarding lubrication, it is recommended that the working board be checked periodically(around 3 months) for lubrication. Using hex lift the belt and insert the silicone oil about 20 grams to spray smoothly(adjust belt before lubrication).

06/01/2023Wow!! Really impressed. First thing- the shipping company & seller was absolutely amazing. The treadmill arrived in perfect condition, the company set up the schedule, & it arrived on time. The treadmill itself was super easy to put together. It works perfectly & has a lot of choices for your specific workout. You’re able to create an incline (choice of how inclined you’d like it) & it has different speeds depends on your workout. You can also set and save your program. The Bluetooth speaker was super easy to set up with my phone & it does have the option for a heart rate monitor which works but I don’t normally use this in my workout program. Great addition to our at home gym!
