The perfect size deep fryer
05/27/2023I have not owned a deep fryer for a couple years now. I missed having one so I bought the Costway 1700w one. It is inexpensive, extremely easy to operate (but please read the instruction booklet) and small enough for me to fit in my kitchen cabinet. This appliance only uses 3.2 quarts of frying oil; which makes it a perfect size for one or four people. I use lard because it is a little cheaper. I have used it a few times and does not disappoint. I follow the guide for time and temperature and it cooks the food precisely. I have cooked French fries, chicken nuggets and shrimp. Each time the food came out just right and clean-up is easy, too! I wash the basket out every time I use it but leave the grease in the fryer; because in my opinion, it does not need to be strained every time it is used. I am really enjoying my new Costway deep fryer and wondered why I had not bought one sooner. It is everything a deep fryer should be!
