Fireplace insert on sale for $289
02/21/2024Ok here goes, it looks wonderful in my fireplace as an insert, and it has wonderful color flames and it does throw a lot of heat out, not quite as elegant as the picture shows, and it is not silent, it, The fan makes a small amount of noise, also has a funny sound that comes from it periodically, Like a burp sound LOL. I have no idea what it is. It does not seem to effect the working order of the system, so far. It has a thermostat feature from 00 to 82 degrees Fahrenheit, and an hourly feature that you can set for 00-8 Hrs. and it automatically shuts off. So far everything works, we have had it for approx. 1-2 months so far . and the only complaints I can think of right now are printed

Sturdy, fancy and a great heat output
01/12/2024My family and I love this bookshelf! It adds a great homey and complete look to our livingroom. The 3 flame colors are pretty cool. There isn't any sound effects of fire, which I prefer but if you wanted it, they make sound effect plug in speakers. The heat output is great and can warm our livingroom up very quickly. It took a long time to set up, maybe 3 hours or so but that's not even a complaint. Love this product so far!!

- Q:is it needed to attach the feet if this is installed in the wall?A:This product cannot be wall-mounted. It can only be recessed into a wall tile or freestanding on the floor or cabinet. Freestanding requires the installation of feet.

- Q:How to operate the remote for heatA:1.Press the flame button once for low heat (750W). 2.Press the flame button again for high heat (1500W). 3.Press the for third time to turn off heater.
- Q:Why does it smell like burning plastic when I turn this on?A:The heating element has protective oil on it, and it will have smell like this when you use it for the first time, it will disappear after a few minutes.

We have tried turning the timer to 0 and turn the temp down to 68 bit it still turns itself off after several minutes. We have tried everything we know to do to it.A:Pull out the plug.Re-plug, then turn on, and only adjust the heating when turning on, do not adjust other settings, and see if it will automatically turn off.
