The fireplace fit my insert but unlike the one I removed this one did not come with the trim (frame around the insert) to hide the edge and the screws. When I contacted them they seemed to have no knowledge at all about the product they were selling. Therefore the 3 stars

We ordered the fireplace from Wallyworld and only received the mantle, no firebox. Tried to get the firebox from the wallyworld distributor and they sent us another mantle with no firebox. After several calls to obtain the firebox, they wanted the second mantle shipped back and to keep the first one. We ordered this one and it fit very well. Now we have the complete fireplace. Looks good, puts out enough heat to warm a 12 X 16 room and looks almost real.

We are very pleased with our electric fireplace. It looks very real and pleasing to the eye. It creates such a calm,cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Even on really cold night we are amazed at the heat produced by this fireplace. We put this in our master bedroom, which is pretty big and the temperature’s drop down to the low 30’s and it keeps us pretty warm at night.
