    Ordered this 24" wall oven on a Tuesday and the following Monday it was shipped by UPS. By that Thursday it was delivered. It was well packaged and even had 4 pieces of plywood inside. The electric wires (3) were very easy to connect to the connector that our old 38 year oven use to connect to. As this oven takes up less space than our old one I still have to frame it in etc. Even though it needs this frame etc made we have now used it 3 times. Twice for pizza and once to cook some fries and chicken strips. Lots of room in the oven and all items cooked like they should. A nice feature is once the oven is turned off a fan turns on and helps cool the oven down. We read the operating directions so using the 3 control knobs was a breeze. Got this on sale for $800 cdn which was a great price. We did pay the extra $40 for their shipping insurance, but being shipped by UPS, I don't this one needs to.
