    love this insert so much. My contractor installed it after he tore down a wood burning fireplace. He had to run it with electricity but it looks beautiful when it was installed. They have a remote that adjusts the colors which is really pretty.

    Does the heat automatically turn off? I set the heat to 70 and it ran for a few minutes then turned off. Is that what it's supposed to do?
    A:
    The heating system has a temperature control feature. Please set it to HH mode to see if it can maintain continuous heating. It's possible that the temperature was set too low.
