    I\'m pleased with the fireplace. I really liked all the color Settings, and super liked the remote control, which was really easy to use. The heat from the surroundings is evenly distributed and on cold days it always warms the whole room and we feel very warm and comfortable.

    I am happy with my recent purchase of this fireplace insert. I had been watching the price for a while, and got the black one for $140 on black friday. Love the warm heat and the colour choices!

    What is the width of the back of the unit?

    The power cord exits from the back of the unit. If you need a model that has the power cable coming out from the back, this product will meet your requirement.     Does the heat function automatically turn off? I read through the instructions and don't see information on this feature. I set the heat to 70 and it ran for a few minutes then turned off. Is that what it's supposed to do?

    The heating system has a temperature control feature. Please set it to HH mode to see if it can maintain continuous heating. It's possible that the temperature was set too low.
