08/13/2025was hesitant to invest in this sauna because I'd only used cheap portable saunas before, and they weren't very effective. But I bit the bullet and bought it, and I'm so glad I did. I've had health issues for years that have prevented me from exercising, which has led to weight gain, increased problems, high levels of toxins and inflammation, and a lot of stress. After receiving the sauna, I carefully read the instructions and included materials and started assembling it. I like its small size, so it doesn't take up too much space in my basement garage. It was easy to assemble, and I think the materials are of very good quality for the price. It's easy to adjust to a comfortable temperature, and it's been working great so far. Although I've only used it for a few days, I feel so relaxed every time I leave. My husband loves it too, so we'll be using it regularly. I'm hoping the red light therapy, heat therapy, and detoxification will help me feel much better.

08/13/2025I've been using it for a week now, and let me tell you, this little sauna is amazing. It's compact and fits in any space. The interior is perfect for one person. It heats up to 74 degrees Celsius in just a few minutes, which is perfect for enjoying a delicious dessert. The infrared heat is excellent, and you can easily sit there for over 40 minutes. Assembly is also very simple. 100% recommended.

Excellent detoxification effect
08/13/2025I've been using this portable sauna tent for about a month now. Honestly, I'm completely enjoying its benefits. It's a great way to relax and detox at home without having to go to the gym. Installation is very simple and takes only a few minutes. I installed it in my shower because it's large enough, but it can be installed anywhere. It heats up and starts steaming in just a few minutes. The detoxifying effect has helped me with allergies and has also contributed to my weight loss through detoxification. I'm very satisfied with this sauna. Everything is of excellent quality, and I expect it to last for many years.
