- Q:Is a rear bumper replacement available? Ours came broken.
- Q:I have the charger plugged into the charger port under the seat correctly and the jeep won’t turn on. Any suggestions?A:If your jeep is not turning on despite the charger being plugged in correctly, please check the following: 1. Ensure that the charger light changes from red to green when charging. If it remains green, there may be an issue with the battery or charging port. 2. Verify that all connections from the charging port to the battery and the receiver's plug cables are intact. Loose connections can prevent the vehicle from starting. 3. If the connections are secure and the charger light indicates a full charge, it may be necessary to replace the battery to resolve the issue.
Costway representative - Q:My sons peddle keeps getting stuck in the down position and now we’re running into the issue where we had to pull the battery due to complete danger of it not stopping regardless of the peddle or remote. How can I request a new peddle, and or what else can be done about this?

- Q:After putting it together when it is in drive one wheel goes forward and the other backwardsA:To repair, simply swap the positions of the motor wire heads in the opposite direction by following these steps: 1. Use a sharp object to remove the adhesive from the plastic casing. 2. Use the sharp object to align the lock on the 6.3 connector. 3. Once the lock is raised smoothly, you can easily pull out the two motor wires. 4. Use the sharp object again to push the lock on the 6.3 connector back in place to secure it. 5. Exchange the positions of the yellow and green wire heads and insert them directly into the plastic casing.
