So far, so good! I wanted a walking pad for under my standing desk and it works well. It seems sturdy enough and doesn't skip, which is a worry I had with some treadmill reviews that I've read. It's easy enough to wheel out of the room into another room. A little heavy but not too bad. Love the red color! For the price it's really good quality .

Exactly as described. It fits easily under my desk at work with the handles down. It is lightweight and can be moved easily. I like the remote control for the speed adjustment. I've been using it for a couple of weeks and it feels very sturdy, good quality. I am 5'6" and the size is plenty big for my stride.

This arrived 3 days after we ordered it! It was packaged very well. Very easy to set it up. Just unfold it and attach the arms. The cord is around 3 feet long so we placed the treadmill close to an outlet so we didn't need an extension cord. We oiled the belt underneath and it works great! Lots of speed settings. Quiet too.;The price was very affordable. Nice purchase.

It was just delivered today. Set up is easy peasy! I’m going to put up the handles also. I walked on it for about 5 mins and it walks very good! Also comes with lubricant and remote!

There is no dual voltage, the treadmill is used at 110V, but youcan use a transformer.

There is problem on this treadmill, when I turn on the treadmill, just someone speaking a lot words ,and pads is not working anymore ,and the bluetooth is doesn’t work anymore

The problem I’m having with the walking pad is that there is a strong smell coming from it, like a burning smell and twice now, if I walk on it for over 30 minutes, the motor will suddenly and completely stop after jolting which has caused me to need to catch myself to avoid any injury. It is also not moving at the speed indicated on the display because the motor is failing.
A:
Please check if there is a blanket under the treadmill. If there is, remove it. Do not fasten the safety key to avoid accidental pulling. After turning on the treadmill, remove the remote control battery to avoid pressing it. If there is still a sudden stop, it means the motor need to be changed.
