    Can I prevent Bluetooth connections? A pesky neighbor is blasting loud music through this speaker at random times.
    A:
    Unfortunately, you cannot disable the Bluetooth function on the treadmill. The Bluetooth will always be active, and it cannot be turned off unless the Bluetooth cable is unplugged, which would also disable sound output entirely. To prevent unwanted connections, it's best to connect your device first to avoid being connected by others.

    Hello, I have just bought the superfit treadmill, but the remote doesn't start it.
    A:
    To resolve the issue with your Superfit treadmill remote not starting the machine, please follow these steps: 1. **Remove the white insulating paper** from the back of the remote control. 2. **Press the button on the remote control**; the red light on the head of the remote should indicate that the remote is functioning properly. 3. **Unplug the safety lock** while the machine is turned on. 4. **Turn off the power supply**, then turn it back on. 5. After confirming that the remote control light is on, **press and hold the start button on the remote control for 1-3 seconds**. The treadmill should emit a continuous ""dididi"" sound, indicating that the remote control and the treadmill are successfully matched. 6. Finally, **insert the safety lock** to start the treadmill. If the remote still does not work after these steps, it may need to be replaced. Please let us know if you need further assistance!
