The plastic plugs you need to ensure a tight fit with the amount. Were very cheap and broke on install.

I love this bike rack. It works with my Mini Cooper and it gives me a feeling of independence. I no longer need to rely on anyone to take my bike places for me. The unit is so easy to use

Taking into account the overall price as the greatest factor for evaluation... this is a pretty decent bike carrier. Don't hit the plastic bar ends on the ground as the video shows, I had one of mine literally explode, fortunately the piece that fits inside the hollow tube, still seems to be working fine for now. I am sure I voided any sort of warranty already, but I drilled a hole and then put a bolt through the bars that hold the tire holders on, so they would not slip off the ends.. and potentially cause my bike to fall off. Seems sturdy enough for the price! -1 star for horizontal bars not being foldable without removing it from the horizontal position manually. Bought this one because it was listed as being able to hold more than 90 pounds like the rest. +1 star for having the best 2'' adapter I have ever seen on any bike rack. Most come with a two piece adapter, this was a single solid piece of metal. Well done! Rack and bike do shake when hitting large bumps, but that has is to be expected really. Nothing has fallen off on two trips so far and have gone 65 MPH with it and bikes. If this was a $300 + bike carrier, there would be some serious star deductions, but for the price... it works reasonably well!

Hitch bike carrier seems to be very well built. It was easy to assemble. The locking pins are a very nice feature.

It took me some time to assemble it, but it wasn't complicated. This is a very practical tool for people who like to ride bicycles. It will not come loose when installed on the car. It's great!
