    I've bought one of 2.25 HP Electric Treadmill Running Machines with App Control and so far so good. But, what is the deference between all 12 programs (pre-programs) on the display? There is nothing about it in the manual. How can I know which program to try or pick? Also, on the "Distance" display - is it steps, miles, meters or kilometers shown, in what kind of measurements? Please, explain? Thank you in advance.
