    I could not get the dehumidifier to start but , I was pressing the start button to long they got this all sorted out for me and so for it is working great only 3 days in

    Before purchasing, I consulted the customer service about the dehumidification capacity, delivery time, and warranty, and the customer service responded patiently. Very good service! The product was delivered as scheduled, and I haven't used it yet.

    My home sits on a slope so when it rains, water seeps slowly into my garage. It would take several days following a rain for the floors to dry. After purchasing this dehumidifier, I connected the drain line to a standpipe for drainage; strapped the unit onto a fiberglass moving dolly for ease of movement and to keep it off the floor. It has kept the floor dry and eliminated the musty odors. What a great product and wish Inhad purchased it sooner
