04/10/2025This 15,000 BTU portable air conditioner is awesome. My basement used to be hot and humid in the summer, but now it's cool, dry and pleasant all day long. It easily maintains the temperature even on the hottest days. The dehumidification mode on this air conditioner is a lifesaver! It easily evaporates the moisture out of the air, making the basement feel less stuffy. I'm worried about contagion, but this air conditioner runs very quietly. The sleep mode is very quiet - perfect for me. The LED display is easy to read and very quiet. Mounting it in the ground was easier than I thought. The whole installation process took about 10 minutes

This unit is great when you lose power and have to survive using your generator!
01/07/2025I have 3 of these units in my home. When the power from PSE fails due to a problem causing an Outtage for our area they keep us warm. The lights in our home stay on we have hot water and our entertainment center is operational during our sometimes 3 day PSE power outtage. These units draw very little power when they heat or cool. My 50 amp Westinghouse Generator can power everything in my home thanks to the low Amp draw from these CostWay 15,000 btu Heat Pumps. Our home is always comfortable and warm even when we have a PSE Winter power Outtage. This is an honest review!

08/27/2024I recently purchased this Air Conditioner and I am extremely impressed with its performance. It comes with a remote control and also has an app Control option, making it easy to adjust the temperature and settings from anywhere in the room. The window kit that comes with the unit is also easy to install, and the timer ensures that the unit runs only when it is needed, saving energy and reducing operating costs. The air conditioner is also surprisingly quiet and It effectively cools down my room in a matter of minutes and keeps the temperature consistent throughout the day. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase of the Air Conditioner. It is an excellent value for the price

Verify that the voltage and wiring are correct. 2. Check the indoor unit: Determine if the indoor unit is functioning properly. If necessary, try using the forced start function. If it operates normally or starts after using the forced start function, it is likely that there is no problem with the indoor unit's control board. 3. Check the outdoor unit: Measure whether there is power at the outdoor unit's terminal board and compressor wiring (check if the outdoor unit's control board is outputting power), and observe if the indoor unit's display panel shows any error messages. 4.
