06/26/2024I was happy to see that this item arrived quickly because I was needing it for my business location. It was easy to install just a few parts like the wheels and handle in just a few minutes. all the parts were there and the instructions were clear. The wheels roll really good on it and don’t seem cheap. It keeps up really well with our extreme Midwest humidity. I’m happy with this purchase!

Service Review (not unit review) - Unit was DOA but service was amazing despite being overseas
07/20/2024The unit came with the cord severed, and it looks like it occurred during manufacturing / packing because it was a very clean cut. The cord is pretty thick such that if it was tampered it probably would\'ve shown more jagged cuts. Obviously not ideal and so I reached out the sellers regarding this issue. The communication via amazon messages typically took 1 day round trip (like many other sellers on amazon), so I assumed it was most likely overseas in a 12 timezone difference. The messages were pretty efficient and direct so the refund was processed efficiently and quickly. Would definitely buy from this seller again.

- Q:Can you add a longer drain hose on the pump? What size is the hose?A:You can indeed add a longer drain hose to the pump. The drain hose specification is a silicone hose with an inner diameter of 5mm, an outer diameter of 8mm, and a length of 5m (approximately 196.85 inches) .
