Very sharp
01/24/2023Love this set. It's extremely well made, the handles are comfortable, but most importantly, these are very sharp knives. I accidently dropped one and almost sliced my pinky toe off. I'm healed, and I still use these every day.

09/25/2022These knives are beautiful and SHARP! I used them to try to cut a piece of string and the lightest graze on my finger knicked me, they have worked wonderfully and cut through meats like butter. These are very giftable if you get them to cover the box and so lovely

Nice set of sharp knives
09/23/2022Complete set of sharp knives, very stylish in the kitchen and the darker wood block matches perfectly with the cabinets. Here is a tip so you don't ruin the block.....When putting the steak knives in the block, place them in with the teeth UP so it does not dull them and cut the wood of the block.
