I bought this mainly for the Wi-Fi and Alexa compatibility, and it does not disappoint. I can turn it on from my phone while I'm still at work, so the house is nice and cool by the time I get home. Very energy efficient, gentle warm air with many fan speed, very quiet. No problem to keep 55 sq-m space at the set 21C temperature this winter so far. Come with everything from the picture, plus extra 2M of 12/3 wire for 115V AC line (not shown). High SEER2, 115V, best offer from Costway. Bought a 2nd Unit. How to connect to wifi no clear instructions and I don’t see the unit on my phone

To connect your unit to Wi-Fi, please follow these steps: 1. Ensure the unit is powered ON. 2. Press the ""Health"" button on the remote control eight times consecutively. You should hear two beeps from the buzzer, indicating that the unit is ready to connect to Wi-Fi. 3. Make sure your phone is connected to the same 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. 4. If you still cannot see the unit on your phone, please check if the Wi-Fi module is properly plugged in. You may need to open the indoor unit panel and re-plug the Wi-Fi module to ensure it is secure.

Why are the 14 AWG and 18 AWG wire harnesses sent with this model when the MOP / max fuse ( fusible Max. ) is 25 Amp both wire harnesses are under rated and are a possible fire hazard or meltdown. What can you do for me about this ?

Thank you for your concern. The 14 AWG and 18 AWG wire harnesses are used for internal control circuits, not for carrying the full 25A load. The MOP rating applies to the main power supply, which requires properly sized field wiring per installation codes. All included wiring meets safety requirements for its intended use. If preferred, you may use your own compliant wiring for installation.
