    I’m very happy with my three split units, even though I initially had an issue with FedEx. They failed to deliver all the items and made the process difficult by declining my complaint about the missing outdoor unit. However, I contacted Costway, and they promptly resolved the issue by sending me a replacement outdoor unit. Overall, I’m very satisfied with their customer service. I hope the units work flawlessly after installation, and once they’re set up, I’ll share my experience with everyone about how they perform.

    I needed a unit for the Chicago seasons. I just purchased this unit on BlackFriday and it has already got to 5° outside. This 12,000 btu unit packs a punch. I only use it for a bonus 12x12 room and the heat is amazing and makes the room comfortable. Easy install, only took 6hrs from a professional because a 230V had to be wired. Purchased the wall mount and cover to protect unit from the snow and insects. Fastest shipping ever from Costway! Wifi and app for Android is awesome!Can't wait to test the A/C part in the summer!

    We purchased this as a replacement unit of a different brand. It arrived within the shipping parameters. It does come from 2 different facilities from different sides of the country. It’s not likely they will be delivered together. It was in good condition with everything included as described. We paid a professional to install this in my Moms 1200 sq ft house. He was impressed with the price and the quality. It works great so far. My mom is 80 so ease of operation was important to us. It takes about 5 minutes to cycle between heat & air. We will be purchasing another unit for our shop. My only advice would be to make sure you get the correct size unit for the space.

    Super quiet

    replaced my wall mounted air conditioner with this mini split. This system is very quiet and can easily be left on while I sleep. I run it on a 15 amp circuit with no issues. My bedroom is large with vaulted ceilings and an open bathroom. My home faces west and gets lots of sunlight, but this mini split air conditioner cools my room down in minutes. The only problem is that I can't connect to the WiFi app.
