04/29/2026I had to wait for indoor unit about 1 week after outside unit then waited on mounting bracket -ordered afterwards. After high winds abated I installed outdoor unit and connected inside unit. Works great.

03/08/2026I loved my other Costway mini split so much that I bought a second one. The first one I use in my living room and the second one is in my dining room. They work amazing and the cost is better than any other brand I have looked at. Ian planning on buying more for my bedrooms.

- Q:Required amperes? In 115v?A:The maximum input current for the unit is 12A, and the rated current is 6.2A for cooling and 6.3A for heating, all operating at 115V.
- Q:Can I install this in Cleveland, Ohio where air temperature in winter can go down to -10F?A:This unit is not suitable for installation in areas where winter temperatures drop to -10°F. In heating mode, the outdoor unit operates within an ambient temperature range of 5°F to 75.2°F.
