A shame can not order replacement canopy
12/03/2023We have had our canopy since 2018 and absolutely love it. Living where we do we quite often deal with high winds and with other canopies we had to remove the tarp for fear of damage - not the case with Costway's. This canopy and tarp is so durable. The framing we leave up year round and remove the canopy in mid fall and put back up beginning of spring. I machine wash it and leave it to air dry then fold it and store away. It has held up beautifully for 5 years. The air vent piece has now split/ripped and the material holders for the roof bars are held in place are now ripped also. It is such a shame that you won't give the customer the choice in ordering the canopy/tarp separately as the framing is still in great condition as well as the side panels of the canopy. We only need the roof canopy.

Water resistant and water slides right off
05/16/2021I did a water resistant test on the canopy before paying a handyman to help put up the canopy on our deck. We have a small deck but since we have a few bee keepers near our house, we feel like we needed something that is with an enclosed screens or sides that we can spend time outdoor since we arent truly ready to be all out this summer yet.
