Nice Awning, good quality and easy installation
06/17/2021I took me a few hours to secure a sturdy mounting spot, and the rest is fairly straight forward. It does take two person to roll the awning at one point. Found one small missing plastic J stopper, and customer service took care of it promptly. I high recommend the product and the company.

- Q:I need an awning which can be installed on a wood frame wall. This says suitable for a reinforced masonry or brick wall. Are you aware of an retractable awning which can be installed on a wood frame wall? Do you know if any of your customers have installed one of these awnings on a wood frame wall? If so, what adjustments did they make and has the installation held up?A:Installing it on a wood frame is not recommended, as wood can easily become damp and crack after absorbing water.
