    I absolutely love this umbrella. Unbelievable price, excellent value and great quality. I wish I had purchased this umbrella sooner. It fits all of my patio furniture under it. Easy to set up and easy to take down. don't hesitate to purchase this umbrella. It's less than half the price of what you would find at a big box store such as the Brick or Canadian Tire and the quality is just as good if not better.

    Where can I buy replacement fabric only?

    Splash-proof, water splashed on it will not be easy to penetrate through, but rainy days have to be put away, can not be used as an umbrella.
