We purchased this to be used as a laundry folding table in our laundry room. Assembly was relatively straightforward. So far, it has worked as expected. I would recommend this to others, as it provides a unique solution to space issues.

Store this small table on the balcony. Works great. Just to make sure it held the weight, I replaced 2 of the 8 anchors with toggle anchors which I used in the top hole of each bracket. Easy to assemble and install.

the installation took about 20 mins. i like the double fold feature that you can reduce the top when less table space is needed. since the reason of the table is to save space.

This table is awesome for a small laundry room. It is just big enough to use as a sorting table when doing laundry. All I have to do is lift up the top and the bracket falls into place. When not in use, you barely notice the table hanging on the wall. My friend wanted to buy one, but when she went to Amazon, there were no more in stock!

Super easy install. I did it by myself in about 10 mins. I have a very small laundry room and we just got new machines that are too tall for me to use as a folding surface. I bought this table for that purpose, but the only spot for it was behind the door. This folds perfectly and fits like it was meant to be there!

These are great little tables that are space savers. I have one in my bedroom for a steam press table and one in my office for router and ADT controller. Will take a good amount of wait if you anchor to a stud/
