03/29/2024Love how I can make it an easy workout for me by just slowing down or get a super intense one (which I haven’t yet done because I’m slowly building myself up) I use the machine for a slow and steady walk while my husband does intense cardio with it.

02/02/2024We are very pleased with this bike. It is quiet, doesn't require a lot of space, and gives you a good workout. The phone holder is a nice feature. A word of caution though, I am 5'2" and the seat at the lowest and most forward point puts the handles just barely within reach when extended. It's also a bit of a climb for me to get onto the seat. It did come well packaged. Hubby likes to put things together and he found it a little difficult to do but said the instructions were very clear.

11/02/2023My son and I both love this fan exercise bike. It was my first time to assemble fitness equipment. It was not difficult to assemble. It was easier than expected and took only 1 hour to complete with my son. It is very sturdy and stable. My son, who is almost 6 feet tall and weighs 180 pounds, does not sway at all when he sits on it. It feels very safe to ride, and the appearance of the exercise bike is very fashionable. This exercise bike can fully exercise the whole body. It is an exercise bike that is very suitable for doing aerobic exercise at home. worth buying.
