The finish on the wood is very rough in places that makes it hard to clean

The end product once fully assembled is a really nice looking chair. Overall, the swivel works well, however, sitting on them they feel like they tip a little side to side at the swivel. I don’t know if that is by design or not.
They came with all of the parts, and the instructions were perfect. However, I had to find a different allen wrench to use because the one they gave was too long to fit in the tiny spaces. It took a long time to screw in the screws.
We removed the little plastic buttons from the feet. We have pine floors, and they would have made a mess of it. We have bought some felt protectors to replace them and will be installing those soon. The plastic buttons might work well on tile, but I would not recommend them on softwood, and possibly not even on hardwood.
There is really not very good lower back support. That’s probably the most disappointing part for me because I really was seeking comfort as my number one reason for buying. The upper bar goes right across the middle of the back, but that leaves basically a big air pocket at the lower back.
If I had it to do over again, I might consider buying a more expensive chair that is known for having good lower back support.
Overall, these are a very good deal for what we got. They are not perfect, but they are pretty good, and were one of the most economical options for barstool chairs.

Bar stools are very pretty. Took a little maneuvering to put together. I will hold my opinion on longevity however. This is my 3rd set of barstools and they all seem to "loosen" up eventually. Screws never seem to stay tight

These bar stools assembled so easy and are perfect in our kitchen. There're comfortable and very sturdy.

Nails were smaller than the re-open holes and I had to look for nails thicker than the nails were coming with the package. Also, there were a small cut on one of the chairs cushions.

Arrived all sets of 4 of chair stools. Assembling the parts together wasn't hard or difficult, took 2-3 hrs to complete the chairs stools. The chairs stool came in good, strong conditions and one chair is lopsided but isn't a big deal because all the chairs can rotate

One stool developed a cracked seat support in a knot. Contacted Costway, they apologized and said no problem and immediately sent out a replacement seat assembly. It arrived in a few days and was installed and works fine. They followed up a few days later to ensure the part was received in good and we were satisfied an thanked us again. We have now had them for 8 months, daily use and no issues. Highly Recommend *****

Finish has some roughness to it. Was easy assemble. Swivel great, good position of the foot rest. Just a couple of inch lower than my old chairs, which they were higher but not bar height.

These bar stools are a great addition to our outdoor kitchen. It is a covered area so they should hold up ok but I might move them inside so they last longer. The cushion is really comfortable and large enough for big bootys. I like having a back support. Be sure to use all the hardware to install the screws so they are stable. These are counter height not bar height so they work really well for my regular kitchen counter. They have a nice rustic farmhouse style look to them.

I was very impressed with the ease of assembly. Clear, concise instructions, good hardware, and even a better than average tool. (The allen wrench had both a flat and a rounded end). They were well packaged, no damage to any of the four chairs. They are solid, and I expect them to last a long, long time. My wife loves them. I suspect the people who thought they were not sturdy did not tighten the bolts around the lower shelf and upper round piece enough. Would definitely buy again!.

We ordered the taller one, we should have ordered the shorter one. I am the shortest one in the family - 5’6””; the tallest is 5’10” ... we all wish we’d ordered the shorter version. Still very comfortable, sturdy & beautiful.A little time consuming assembling, but not difficult.
