10000 BTU Portable Evaporative Air Cooler Dehumidifier with 24H Timer

I needed a portable unit for a space larger than a bedroom but smaller than an open floorplan. This unit handled the space well. The hose is easy to install, and more convenient than a window unit. The unit is easy to maneuver, and that gives it a great advantage over a window unit. This is the route to go.

This portable air conditioner really kicks out cold air fast and efficiently. It is extremely high powered and the 10,000 BTU power is strong enough to cool down a very large space. It has a very easy to read and use LCD display panel. I love that it can also be used as a fan and humidifier. It swings to circulate the air faster which is very convenient. It is fully Equipped with 4 modes and 2 speed adjustments to suit your needs. The timer is awesome and energy saving. The remote control works perfectly and is very convenient. All around this is a great price and value for such a great portable air conditioner. Very pleased and definately recommend

We have about 6 so far. This one I'd call mid-range but is reflected in the price. Our $600 one is way better. But this gets the job done and the brand is recognized and trusted overall. See photos.

Very simple set up. Basically just connect the hose…place the hose in the window and your good to go! My windows are too small for a standard air conditioner so this one is perfect. I purchased for my bedroom that is a good size room and it has kept it perfectly cool in the hot weather! Doesn’t take up a ton of space like I feared it would. It’s quiet so doesn’t startle me when turning off and on during the night. Display and settings are simple to use. I am so pleased I bought the 12,000 BTU for the livingroom!

I ordered the COSTWAY Portable AC for a 3rd floor attic apartment, because the previous installed window’s AC units did not produce enough cool air to combat the summer heat within that apartment. My sister and I assembled the portable AC, after arguing over what attachment went where and how. Needless to say, it took us way too long to assemble the portable AC attachments than required. The one COSTWAY Portable AC attachment that we debated much over was the drainage hose and where to place it. There appeared to be two locations where the hose could be attached: on the bottom of the AC unit or on the spout located on back of the unit. We eventually went with the back spout that provided continuous draining. We attached the other end of the hose to an empty 5-gallon water bottle, and will use the dispensed water to moisten the amazon forest my sister has in her house. We loved that the COSTWAY had caster rollers, but I had wished that there was a handle on top of the unit; although the square indentations on the side of the unit served as alternative portable handles. The adjustable window kit fit snugly in the window; the companion remote with a timer function was optimal for starting the unit before arrival from work; and the user’s manual was sufficient in explaining all of the unit’s functions. The performance of the COSTWAY Portable AC was exceptional. The entire 3rd floor attic apartment cooled off within an hour of operation, and the unit didn’t take up too much space. We are very pleased with this order.
