We use it so my child can practice gymnastics at home. It's bigger than a regular yoga mat but not too big that it'll inconvenience you. Also my dogs love to lay on it too lol.

This is a good product, it’s well made and strong… and heavy. I was surprised by the box weight when I pulled it in from the front door and struggled to get it out of the box by myself but the effort paid off. This is an amazing exercise mat and I might use it for that too.

I use this mat almost every day for my workouts. It's the perfect thickness for stretching, yoga, bodyweight and band workouts. Would not reccommend for use with weights because they'll tear it up. It's wide and grippy enough for me to do exercises where a regular yoga mat would not do, for example: wide step-climbers, lateral walking pushups, jumping lunges, etc. It's only 8mm (about 5/8ths) thick so keep that in mind.
