Portable Evaporative Air Cooler with 3 Wind Modes and Timer for Home Office

The product is an “air conditioner” that works off of ice packs and cold water. So yes, with two ice packs and ice cubes and water in the tank it works well. I will say, after it was running for about 3 hours throughout the night it started beeping because the water was low. So it does need to be filled frequently. I needed this for a small bedroom at my mother’s house while I stay with her and it works well for that. I don’t think it would cool a large area. Keep in mind because it runs on water it creates humidity. We are in SC where there is ALOT of humidity so we run a dehumidifier as well because if we don’t the sheets feel damp and skin feels sticky. This does provide what it says it does. Do not expect this product to cool a large room or house. That’s not what it’s made for.

Not the best in cooling off. But not too bad either for my 1 bedroom apartment. Wish there was an easier way to clean the bottom water compartment. The back end is hard to reach in & clean. Would of liked more room for ice. It was super hot in 2023. So bought what I could afford. Decent enough. I would recommend.

I have model # EP23995, I have electric heat during the winter so I want to use the unit as a humidifier, do I need to press the "cool" button?

I love mine, would recommend it to anyone.

I can’t believe how great this swamp cooler works! After literally searching for hours I purchased one that was more money, slimmer but taller. It kept making this clicking sound as if it was getting jammed. The water tank was super small and had to be filled up every 1-2 hours. Retuned it. THIS one I haven’t even used the water/ice setting because of how cool it gets my condo on the low fan setting. And the tank is larger. I live in Las Vegas and it gets HOT. My central AC was cleaned and supposed to be fixed by a company hired by the HOA office but the people hired didn’t really do anything about the problem. Plus it was costing too much money to run. I point the blades down and I get a good flow of air sometimes I point them up but see what works for your space! (It did arrive in a mint green color instead of white as shown but it works so good I’m not bothered by that)
