06/11/2023I'm the happy owner of this dishwasher for 2 years now. I've has no problems with it at all. A couple of things to understand about this dishwasher. It doesn't fit under an American kitchen cabinet. Even if it was 2" lower and fit under the cabinet you couldn't access the water fill top. I have my DW on a cart. I fill the water with the provided pitcher and it empties into a rubbermaid bucket that I either pour down the sink or pour outside. Secondly, I guess Japanese plates are smaller than American dinner plates. Those don't fit very well in the DW. That ok for me because I rarely use dinner sized plates. Third, the utensil basket is made for Japanese stile utensils and chopsticks. I can still put skinnier handled forks and spoons in it. My knives I put on the center (where their chopsticks would go. It's very important to keep the filtering system clean so it works properly. I'm very happy with this product and have never regretted purchasing it!

02/28/2023Make aure its on a lever surface. Slightly finicky set up. Did not come with apdter & had to do a little research to find the correct one. Reached out too their customer service & had a responce in a couple hour to aid my trouble shooting.

- Q:This is the first time I use it. After I press the start button after adding water, the machine does not start and makes a low vibration sound. How do I set it to add water manually?A:Try holding down the drive button for 3 seconds.
Costway representative - Q:How does water drain after washing?A:Without pressing the power button, pressing and holding the drying button for 3 seconds can quickly drain water.
Costway representative - Q:I just unboxed my countertop dishwasher and did a trial run, and no water is coming out the drain hose, its leaking out the bottom of the dishwasher.
- Q:Why is nothing coming out of the drainage hose? Why is water leaking out of the bottom of the unit instead? Pieces are all intact and attached correctly on the outside and inside. What do I do if I need to send the unit in for warranty to get looked at?
- Q:Can you wash pots & pans in this machine? How about medium mixing bowls and such?A:Yes,the item can wash pots & pans.We recommend that you place the most difficult to clean items on the rack: pots,pans, lids, serving dishes and bowls, as shown in the figure. It is preferable to place serving dishes and lids on the sides of the racks in order to avoid blocking the rotation of spray arm. Pots, serving bowls, etc. must always be placed face down.
